What are Vector Motion lifts constructed of?
Made of welded steel construction, all of Vector Motion’s lifts use a telescopic drive mechanism, which unlike the old fashioned scissor-type lifts, eliminates wobble and can easily lift uneven loads.
Are your products available in custom sizes?
Yes. All of Vector Motion’s motorized lifts come in a variety of standard sizes, but can also be customized to your exact specifications.
Up to what weight capacity can your lifts handle?
That figure varies according to the application. However, customized lifts are available in sizes up to 500 pounds.
Do your lifts come pre-assembled? If not, how easy are they to assemble?
Most models are in fact shipped ready-to-assemble. Assembly is very easy and all instructions are included
What type of warranty does Vector Motion offer?
All Vector Motion’s lifts are backed by a 12m warranty

Does Vector Motion sell retail as well as wholesale?
Vector Motion’s sells retail and wholesale, for wholesale meaning that we sell to interior designers, decorators, cabinet makers, architects and the like. Because we only sell the motorized lift and not the cabinet in which it would be placed, we suggest that you have your designer, architect, etc. contact Vector Motion’s directly to place your order. For wholesale orders due to the current economy problems we are no longer accepting Net terms, so all orders will need to be paid for in advance, we apologies for this however once the economy recovers we expect to re-evaluate this.
Can I install your lifts on my own or am I going to need help?
Vector Motion’s lifts come with easy to follow installation instructions. We are also available for any questions you may have during the installation process.
How long will it take to receive my motorized lift once the order is placed?
Turnaround time depends upon whether you order a standard or custom built lift. Our standard products that are available to buy on our website means its in stock and ready to ship. We ship standard lifts within one day of the order being placed (business days only). Because custom built lifts can vary from one customer to another, there is no standard delivery time. If you are ordering a custom built lift, please ask us about that, but custom lifts can take up to 12weeks for delivery
